Donations to the Stem Cell Patent Fund are donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation. The Foundation respects the privacy of donors and protects their personal information. The Foundation uses donors’ personal information to serve them better, to keep them informed through periodic contacts about opportunities to volunteer or donate, funding needs, special and third-party events, lotteries, and other activities or developments. In order to prevent unauthorized access and to ensure the proper use of information, The Foundation has developed electronic and managerial procedures to secure donor information.
